Take charge of pricing for automotive and motor insurance in the German market and play a key role in tariff design
Continuously enhance our pricing models with cutting-edge approaches
Drive innovation by implementing modern pricing methods and forward-thinking technologies to stay ahead in the automotive insurance sector
Dive into market trends and competitor data to strategically elevate our pricing strategies
Collaborate closely with the Actuarial and Pricing department in Germany to develop and implement effective and sustainable solutions

Your profile:

Analytical and creative thinker with a talent for tackling challenges and crafting innovative solutions

Several years of professional experience in motor and automotive insurance as a mathematician and/or data scientist, ideally complemented by an actual training and certification
Experience with modern pricing and data mining tools such as Emblem, Radar, Python, R or SAS
Analytical skills for problem solving and creative mindset to developing innovative pricing strategies
Teamplayer and experience in communicating with interdisciplinary teams
Basic knowledge of German is required; fluency in German is an advantage
