American Modern Insurance Group is recruiting for a remote Customer Service Representative for our inbound Claims contact center.  As our customer service representative, you will answer high volume inbound calls, focusing on capturing detailed information for newly reported claims as well as answering questions on claims previously reported.  May also answer inquiries pertaining to settlement, status and pending documentation. 

 

This position has a hybrid schedule, 40-50% of the time in the office in Amelia OH and the remaining working from home.  The hours will be Monday-Friday 10am - 7pm EST. Overtime during catastrophes is required.
