The Analytics Developer will join our Regulatory Reporting and Licensing team, where you will develop and analyze data to support regulatory requests, internal and external business partners, and statistical agents. This role involves developing, translating, and packaging data from multiple data repositories to meet business requirements. This position has a hybrid schedule, 40-50% of the time in the office in Amelia, OH and the remaining working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, translate, and package data to meet business requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Utilize various data repositories and manual data tools to source data efficiently
- Create/expand data marts and automate processes to improve production efficiencies and self-service capabilities
- Follow established operational procedures, including peer reviews, to ensure data quality and timeliness
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and operationalize solutions
- Develop and provide training to support key functions within Regulatory Reporting and Licensing
- Lead and participate in data-related projects and attend mandated meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience in Oracle and MS SQL Server database syntaxes (SQL Certification preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in PowerBI (Power Automate experience a plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
