American Modern Insurance Group, a Midland-Guardian Company is looking for an Associate IT Project Manager to define, document and manage insurance-based IT project plans, including leading teams utilizing an iterative SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) project methodology. Manage project budgets and staff, and devise schedules ensuring staffing projects are in alignment with staffing managers and delivery areas using Planview. Monitor costs, timelines and resources and resolve deviations. Manage identified risks (people, process and technology), with project stakeholders. Manage project teams using an onshore/offshore model across multiple locations worldwide. Present to project stakeholders, Project Steering Committee and company’s Executive Team.

WE EXPECT

Requires: Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology and 3 years’ experience in Project Management and/or Customer Experience (CX) in the insurance industry, using Planview, Axure, Morae, Guidewire and an SDLC Professional Scrum Master Certification.
