We are looking for a talented intern who can help us visualize these experiences to educate and inspire our teams – all with the purpose of bringing a design and customer-led approach to solving business challenges and pursuing opportunities.

As a valued intern with our Customer Experience team, you will have the opportunity to assist with the following projects:
  • Support the development of Experience-led design practices in American Modern: be an innovator and enabler by bringing your best practices along with a commitment to share and learn new ideas
  • Leverage the CX Design System to produce assets that are easily usable by the organization and that enable the customer to be “present in every room”
  • Build and curate the master set of experience designs across the Enterprise CX Blueprint; ensure this body of work is a referenceable asset for teams
  • Assist in facilitation of agile design sprints to develop the experience journey and support agile implementation via test/learn/iterate/scale or fail approach
  • Assist in the interpretation and incorporation of research into the experience design process
  • Help develop project level epics, user stories and user requirements to inform functional and technical requirements
