Claims Customer Service Representative
WE OFFERAs a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in our inbound call center supporting the Claims Department. This includes capturing detailed information about a new claim as well as answering questions on claims previously reported. Inquiries pertaining to settlement, status and pending documentation are examples of questions you may be asked. This team is also staffed with licensed adjusters who are able to handle low severity claims.
We also support administrative tasks, including but not limited to imaging documents, processing letters, analyzing reconciliations, copying files, completing special projects, and setting up specialty claims.
*Hybrid Role - Needs to be in the office 40-50% of the time
