Our Innovation team is looking for a 2023 summer intern to join their team! The Innovation Team is driven to pursue innovative disruption in the insurance industry by (1) developing new products and services for current and future policyholders and distribution partners (2) expanding our current markets through new business models, and (3) implementing new technologies to help enhance our operations and our customers’ experience.

As a valued intern with our Innovation team, you will:
  • Work in Agile/Sprint methodology to perform all software development activities including development and testing.
  • Work on various Innovation & Digital (I&D) projects with technical skills to develop prototype websites for testing and validation purposes.


  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Business, Management, Finance and Project Management majors are preferred.
  • Graduation date between December 2023 and May 2026
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
  • Strong interest in the insurance industry
  • Ability to work independently and in group settings
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America
