As a valued intern with our Accounting team, you will have the opportunity to assist with the following projects:
  • Assist with the monthly and quarterly tasks of the General Accounting department and bring classroom learning to life.
  • Assistance with reviewing fixed assets for obsolescence and write-off.
  • Update location fields within the fixed asset module where incorrect or blank.
  • Preparation of monthly account reconciliations for bank accounts and miscellaneous other accounts.
  • Assistance with loading journal entries on a monthly basis.

WE EXPECT

  • Currently pursuing an Accounting or Finance bachelor’s degree or graduate’s degree.
  • Graduation date between December 2023 and May 2024
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks
  • Strong interest in the insurance industry
  • Ability to work independently and in group settings
  • Authorized to work in the United States of America
  • Candidates must be local (Cincinnati, OH) and will work in the office at least 2 days a week.
