Play a decisive role in further expanding the market position

You will analyze and evaluate the development of the rapidly growing market in the Global Commercial Lines department. When it comes to the continuous expansion of existing business areas, your assessment is in demand.

You skilfully define best practice standards, which you then implement in the operating companies.

When implementing technical requirements, your impulses from the areas of innovation, training and consulting are trend-setting. Of course, you also critically scrutinize underwriting decisions and conduct reviews and deep dives in the Group companies.

Your profile:

Communicative analyst with diplomatic negotiating skills

You have a university degree, ideally with a focus on economics or an education in insurance, as well as very good German and English skills? Then this is already a good basis. You also have professional experience in the international P&C industry? Then you meet important requirements.

For this position, the following qualities are also important to us: your willingness to travel in Germany and abroad and your diplomatic communication skills, because you convince different interest groups inside and outside ERGO. Methodically, you are well acquainted with the important communication tools and routinely lead through presentations and moderations? You are empathetic in dealing with personalities and their requirements, and at the same time confident and steadfast in your argumentation.
