Your central role:

Contribute your know-how to increase process efficiency

You will analyze various core insurance processes (e.g. claims, policy administration, shared services, etc.) to identify improvement potentials and process inefficiencies with the Process Mining tool Celonis.

Together with internal business units and our Data Scientists, you will understand the root causes of process inefficiencies, identify relevant KPIs and develop analysis requirements for Celonis.

You will take care of planning and executing international process mining projects, conduct value creation workshops and present the most relevant insights to board management.

You quantify the financial impact of identified improvement potentials and align measures to leverage these with other technologies, e.g. voice bots, AI, RPA, etc.

Your profile:

Motivated and solution-oriented data expert

Do you have a very good degree in economics, business informatics or insurance management? Very good! Experience with process mining and Celonis software is a plus.

This is complemented by your several years of professional experience in process improvement, insurance process management, insurance consulting or a similar area. Your experience has provided you with extensive knowledge of processes, financial metrics, legal requirements, and the insurance business model.

A data-driven and critical mindset focused on continuous improvement sets you apart. You enjoy challenging the status quo.

Your very good English skills are important to us, German would be advantageous.
