Your central role:

Further develop the product strategy in the health sector

In your role, you will support the development and implementation of the global health product strategy, local product strategies, and business development initiatives.

You will apply group and market best practices to product development. You will make a strong and innovative contribution to product development, knowledge sharing and support the two aspects: technical and commercial focus. This includes but is not limited to competitiveness, value proposition and sales concepts.

You will evaluate new health products and manage them within the governance framework. You will also monitor the success of new products and continuously develop them further.

Last but not least, you will support board mandates and actively participate in the planning process (assumption setting).

Your profile:

Expertise in product management and health insurance

As a first base, you have a degree in health economics, law or actuarial science. Alternatively, you have gathered relevant vocational training in health insurance. This is supplemented by your several years of professional experience in this field.

You bring a deep understanding of health products and medical/ claims specifics as well as product development processes.

Your distinctive knowledge of project management expertise you just as much as your high degree of self-steering as well as your business mindedness.

Fluent in English and ideally in another important European language rounds off your profile.
