Your central role:

Support the board and local units in a future-oriented and economic way with your expertise

As an expert in your field, you play a central role in our company. You support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) International in managing our local entities and joint ventures (JV) in all relevant issues and thus contribute significantly to the future viability of our company.

The focus here is on the analysis of the strategic, operational and financial performance of the local units and you always keep an eye on the market and relevant trends. You are the (cross-border) interface between ERGO International and our regional companies as well as the group functions. Your focus is on one to two selected specializations such as audit, IRM, compliance, controlling, accounting, products or law.

Your expertise is also in demand when working on and leading projects in an international context, including local companies. In addition, you support the COO in fulfilling his supervisory board mandates.

Your profile:

Analytical and strategic skills combined with independent work

You have a very good university degree in business / economics, law or mathematics and have already gained relevant professional and project experience in the insurance sector, financial services or consulting firms. Ideally, you have also gained your first international experience.

Your excellent analytical and strategic skills, combined with a good understanding of numbers, set you apart. You approach topics independently and solve complex problems efficiently. You convince with your social and intercultural competence as well as confidentiality and loyalty.

You speak fluent English and are willing to travel internationally for our company.
