In the UK, Great Lakes has recently received approval via the authorisation process from the Prudential Regulatory Authority and Financial Conduct Authority for a Third Country Branch and a Subsidiary. These two entities secure our future in the primary insurance service market in a post-Brexit world, by enabling us to continue writing our existing business.

Your job

About the role:

To handle International direct and facultative Property and Energy claims in adherence with the mission statement, guidelines and operating standards of the Company and to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations relevant to the claims.

To provide a professional and timely claims service to all insureds and stakeholders. Assist the Team Lead with operational matters and technical referrals from other team members.
