IoT Client Success Manager


Key member of the IoT Advisory Team focused on design, development and implementation of the IoT client onboarding process with support from Commercial and Marketing leads. Responsible for understanding the client's IoT needs, demonstrating value of an IoT program, and implementing any required customization to support the onboarding process. Manages the day-to-day relationship with our partner customers and coordinates with HSB staff as necessary. Ensure proper workflow, tools, documentation and procedures are in place in support of the Client’s IoT program.


Education and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required; MBA, CIC or CPCU is preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in the insurance industry a plus
  • Working knowledge of Risk Management and integration of IoT technology solutions
  • Working knowledge of insurance company, agency operations and business processing systems
  • Experience in Operational and logistical environments
  • Project Management experience
  • Commercial or personal lines experience is a plus
  • Familiar with HSB systems and processes
