New Product Research and Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) *

Primary Objectives:

Reporting to the Head- New Solutions, the New Product Research & Analytics Specialist will work on identifying and developing new products, focusing on customer experience journey mapping and optimization. This is a strategic role within the company, as you will be working with research firms, global teams of Munich Re, FinTech distributors and Canadian P&C insurance companies to develop long term partnerships. You will work with cross-functional HSB teams to propose the best solutions for partners, address regulatory and licensing requirements, product, system and framework capabilities, reporting, and more to ensure launching the partnership and scaling it in an effective way. This role requires a good understanding of the research landscape of Canada, data management , entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, and an ability to find the right solution and commercial arrangement for a win-win partnership.

WE EXPECT

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the Research industry
  • Excellent research, detail orientation and creative problem-solving skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), research and analytics tools. 
  • Adaptable , Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Time management skills to prioritize workloads and multiple projects and meet time sensitive deadlines with high degree of accuracy 
  • Superior Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to achieve results by taking a proactive approach 
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with key internal stakeholders 
  • Strong team player, able to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
  • French language skills (written and spoken) are a plus
