Administrative Coordinator (6 Month Contract) (m/f/d) *

This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. 

The Administrative Coordinator is energetic, enjoys taking initiative and demonstrates strong computer skills, including those of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with excellent attention to detail  as well as  strong commutation skills (emails and Phone) . The Administrative Coordinator will process &, perform data entry, prepare wording documentation and complete general administrative tasks including ad-hoc projects as assigned. This is a primarily data entry role with opportunities to interact with internal stakeholders.

  • College Diploma or University Degree in a related field.
  • Administrative experience with Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry and/ or related industry would be considered an asset.
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams) is a must
  • Multi-tasking proficiency
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • A positive, professional attitude are essential
  • Ability to work independently or within a team-based environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Possess keen attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize duties and multi-task
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to assist others
