Financial Planning & Reporting Lead

Lead the annual planning and quarterly forecasting activities associated with HSB staffing and expenses.


Work in partnership with FP&A business partners and functional leadership and support senior HSB executives as the expense business partner to corporate functions.


Responsible for parent company reporting and coordination with MRAm and Munich Reinsurance Controlling to meet deadlines.


Oversee HSB enterprise expense management by developing insightful and actionable monthly/quarterly presentations to the senior management team.


Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle workforce planning and expense capabilities and is responsible for the training and support of business users.


Lead efforts to streamline and improve analysis of results leveraging existing reporting tools such as Oracle and digital visualization using tools like Power BI, related to HSB Group’s actual, forecast and plan financial and non-financial information.


Lead presentations of financial results where requested.


Lead efforts to streamline and improve the planning and forecast process using automation tools and lean management process improvement department at HSB.
