Job Description: 

This position is responsible for profiling and pro-active relationship management for the Company to meet their goals of growing assigned agents/brokers/wholesalers . Incumbent will be charged with incorporating HSB products into client’s standard offerings.  Provide clients with a comprehensive overview of how HSB products offer an untapped revenue opportunity for the agency while providing valuable protection for their insureds. Identify growth opportunities in both Cyber and Equipment Breakdown.  Prospect, convert and promote high opportunity new relationships and clients with an emphasis on offering client centric solutions for coverages and loss prevention capabilities. 

 

 

Education and Experience:

•    A bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing is preferred
•    5 years of professional experience in the Property & Casualty or Surplus Line industries 

 

Knowledge and Skills:

•    General knowledge of property casualty insurance
•    Specific knowledge of the product line (EB, Cyber, Predict and Prevent capabilities, Energy)
•    Ability to assess and understand workflows
•    Consultative Selling skills 
•    Presentation skills
•    Extensive Product knowledge of HSB products and ability to identify potential Munich Re cross sell opportunities
•    Territory/Client Management skills
•    Communication skills (written and verbal)
