Job Description:
Drive customer-centric process excellence initiatives within Service Operations and across HSB business units. Participate in efforts to understand, document and transform workflows to improve customer experience, efficiency, and quality. As a change agent, propose improved ways of working rooted in data and process excellence methodologies. Coordinate project planning and execution.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• 3+ years’ experience within Business or Operations disciplines, ideally within the Insurance industry
• Participation in project teams focused on delivering positive change
• Strong experience working with MS Office suite
Knowledge and Skills:
• Self-starter that takes initiative in learning new approaches and disciplines, and is comfortable working in new and unknown areas.
• Dedication to the customer experience
• Natural aptitude toward analysis and problem-solving, with a history of proposing ideas
• Familiarity with how data can be used to deliver insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to readily accept and personally adapt to change and encourage others to embrace it as well
