Job Description: 

Handles the basic tasks for the Sensor Support team.  Answer and attempt to troubleshoot basic customer questions or requests (including but not limited to: confirming senor is online, scheduling installation appointments). Provide administrative support for the sensor support team, (ie: submitting equip orders, cancel customer acct, contacting customers for delivery instructions, and updating contact info.). Ensure all tasks are handle and completed in a timely manner.  

 

 

Education and Experience:

•    High school diploma or equivalent work experience
•    2 years of work experience is preferred
•    Experience in providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers

 

Knowledge and Skills:

•    Excellent data entry, telephone & PC skills; MS Office Suite
•    Ability to quickly understand new technology
•    Proficient in Excel with the ability to create, format, calculate and report
•    Good verbal and written communications
•    Proven customer service skills, especially involving troubleshooting issues with customers
•    Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation capabilities
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and ensure assignments are delivered on time
