The Senior Marketing Partner is a member of HSB’s marketing & communications team and part of Munich Re’s global marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy that actively contributes to the profitable growth of the assigned business unit within HSB. This role’s main objective is to help continuously build, strengthen, and elevate HSB’s position in the marketplace.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience with increasing level of responsibility across the Marketing discipline with a focus on integrated campaigns, working with a mix of traditional, digital and emerging media & tactics
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful B2B campaigns in various stages of the purchase funnel
- Prior insurance industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and deliver measurable marketing programs that drive and contribute to company growth
- Ability to translate enterprise strategies and opportunities into effective marketing strategies and tactics. Skilled at creating alignment and buy-in
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong business acumen with ability to embrace what drives customer behavior and decisions through analysis and decision-making based on both qualitative and quantitative data
- Comfort with ambiguity and skilled at leading change
- Curiosity and entrepreneurialism with the ability to collaborate with others to set a vision, orchestrate a process to execute on that vision, establish an effective governance process, and influence and inspire others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to act in a consultative role with multiple stakeholder levels and areas of business
- Become a student of the business, develop sound knowledge of our products and capabilities, as well as our target audiences
- Maintain awareness of current financial results, for Munich Re, HSB, and PRS specifically
- Monitor and assist in driving the performance of select key client companies
