This position holder will perform administrative/clerical tasks in a matrixed capacity to support Korea BSG Specialist and Asia Operations Manager (as Acting KBO BSG Leader). 

The primary roles and responsibilities (R&R) include handling office procurement, coordinating events/meetings, assisting with contract filing & OFAC checks, acting as Safety Admin, and facilitating IT support with local vendors. 

The position holder may also provide administrative support to Korea Country Manager.

Training will be provided as tools and processes evolve or change.
