As a Senior Compensation Analyst you will act as a lead team member with focus on Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB) group companies. You will lead the management, research, analysis and administration of US based compensation and reward programs designed to attract, retain and motivate the Company’s employees. You will have the opportunity to design recommendations that are aligned competitively and consistently administered in compliance with all applicable regulations. In addition you will provide recommended solutions to a broad range of stakeholders. This senior level individual contributor role will also provide guidance and subject matter expertise to less-experienced peers and other team members across the US Region. This position is based in Hartford, CT and we have a hybrid work model including a mix of in-office and remote working.
