Global End User Experience/IT Operations and Performance Intern

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.

This intern role will provide the intern with direct correlation between the projects/efforts they will be working on and the impact that it has on customer experience, efficiencies, etc, given the customer/end-user centric nature of the work we do in Global IT Support and User Experience.

This intern role will be for the months of July -August/ September (preferred). Full remote work is an option.


1. Work on project and individual assignments directly tied to improving user experience and overall improvement of IT services.
2. Focus on efforts tied to Global IT operations and performance initiatives as well as Global IT user experience initiatives (i.e., building XLAs, analyzing customer experience data and metrics, creating dashboards/reports, driving adoption campaigns, creating marketing campaigns and drafting communications for new technologies/processes, etc.)

Your profile


1. Strong communications (written and verbal)
2. Experience with Power BI and/or advanced Excel preferred
3. Experience with data analytics / data correlation preferred
4. Strong problem solving skills
5. CX (customer experience) / UX (user experience) or HelpDesk experience preferred.
6. Preferred majors: Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications and/or Marketing, Data Analytics or Data Science, Engineering, Political Science
7. Intern role open to college Seniors or Master's students
8. Candidate must possess Power BI, advanced O365 (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
