Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is a shared service organization that delivers services to all Munich Re US P&C Companies and other group entities.

The Opportunity
As a member of the Account Services team, the Assistant Auditor assists in audits/reviews of ceding companies to evaluate compliance with the accounting and reporting requirements of reinsurance contracts. This role will develop non-routine analytical skills and business acumen necessary to lead audits and identify errors and omissions

Major Accountabilities:
Due to the diverse and complex operations of ceding companies, strong analytical and decision making skills are necessary to determine what information is required to complete each audit. Critical thinking skills are necessary to develop an understanding of the terms and conditions of each contract and evaluate the accuracy and completeness of reported transactions.
