The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Claims Analytics Lead, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the data, reporting and analytical needs across the entire MRSI Claims portfolio. The role will involve analyzing and synthesizing claims data from multiple sources, producing high quality insights that demonstrate a full narrative and ultimately communicating to key stakeholders internally. Successful candidate would possess technical expertise in P&C insurance, strong analytical and communication skills.

The Senior Data Analyst would assume full ownership of providing descriptive analytics to various divisions within MRSI (Claims, Corporate Underwriting, Pricing, Loss Control, Actuarial and Finance) using advanced SQL queries to extract, analyze, and distribute accurate data. Senior Data Analyst would be fully responsible for the process to develop dashboards, easily digestible data visualizations and other reports to support a data driven claims operation. The Senior Data Analyst will interface with executives and senior leaders across the MRSI organization.
