Senior Business Analyst
We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be based in London on a full-time basis, reporting into the Lead Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:
- Work on specific MRSG initiatives, operational tasks and R&D work.
- Elicit, analyse, validate, document, manage and explain business requirements based on project objectives.
- Provide operational expertise in insurance (finance).
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and manage stakeholder needs.
- Overcome project impediments and report regularly on progress.
- Contribute to product roadmap and backlog.
- Perform analysis using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Provide timely updates on opportunities, risks, issues and progress.
- Produce and manage business requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria from undefined and unstructured information on strategic projects and programmes.
- Any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertaken in accordance with the role.
- Help drive forward good conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
Knowledge and Skills
- Insurance experience
- Experience in delivering Finance projects
- Strong detailed portfolio of projects and experience where they have led on collating requirements
- Experience of complex eco-systems / system integrations.
- Knowledge of insurance policy administration, policy lifecycles and workflows.
- Skilled at meeting facilitation and presentation.
- Strong time management skills.
- Understanding of the requirements lifecycle.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for delivery of requirements.
