Your central role:

You support ERGO's business in Asia:

Support the leadership team of ERGO International in managing our subsidiaries in Asia
Analyze and monitor the business development of our companies in Asia—taking into account cash flow, P&L and economic perspectives—as well as prepare the analysis results and derive recommendations for action
Act as an interface between the international companies and ERGO's central functions
Take topical ownership for the portfolio of ERGO International, pertaining to audit, risk management, compliance, controlling, accounting, products or legal
Support the management in their board of directors or supervisory board mandates

Support or manage international projects, e.g., for company acquisitions, post-merger integrations, the introduction of international ERGO standards, projects to develop the international strategy, or similar

Your profile:

You are a self-starter with an independent and analytical working style:

Excellent university degree, preferably a Master's degree or comparable qualification in business administration, economics, finance or similar
At least seven years of relevant professional or project experience in the insurance, financial services or consulting sector
Solid knowledge of life insurance or non-life insurance business models, including their products and distribution models
Solid knowledge of insurance financial management, including profit and loss, balance sheets, valuation, solvency and profitability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to precisely explain and comment on business-related issues
Structured, analytical way of working; self-starter with a high degree of initiative, commitment and resilience
Ideally initial experience abroad and willingness to travel internationally
Business fluent in English (C2) a must, German an advantage
